The system is designed to be simple and fast.

The Classification system allows the current stock situation to be determined by a few mouse clicks. A Selling price (usually based on the Buying price) can be quickly established. The built in 'Ready Reckoner' allows prices to be quoted in mixed units (x lengths at y metres at z cost per kg) and can show the gross profit of the transaction, to ensure that target margins are made. Sales History (to check previous selling price to the present customer or any other) is just a click away.

While an experience Salesperson may 'do it in their head' and beat the computer on occasions, the system can automatically commit the quotation to a Sales Order and have a Picking instruction issued to the warehouse, before he has time to sharpen his pencil.

Quotations can be produced quickly and e-mailed to customers who require it. As well as monitoring margins on successful quotations, the system can assist in the tracing and analysis of lost orders.
