If material descriptions have been entered in the Stock Browsing screen, they are automatically available to the Purchase Orders without re-keying.
The integrated Materials Reckoner allows different units of Quantity and units of Pricing to be mixed. This allows alternative rates (cost per piece, per metre or cost per kg) to be quicky evaluated and purchased at the most attractive rate.
The module may also be used to issue an Enquiry to request prices from multiple Suppliers. This is easily converted to a Purchase Order upon acceptance, without rekeying the details.
