Dispatch Notes
When material is Picked, it is automatically added to a Dispatch Note. The
printed details can show references to Batch or Certificate numbers as required.
If quantities are picked short a comment, " x - to Follow," is automatically
added. Alternatively, the order can be set to 'Complete', which stops residual
demands appearing in the Stock screens.
Invoice
When material is Picked, it is automatically added to an Invoice. The Units
of Pricing are taken from the Sales Order and the quantities shipped from
the Delivery Note (Picking). Carriage and miscellaneous costs are added if
pertinent.
A monthly Statement can be produced for Customers who only pay against statements.
